The right of withdrawal allows You to return the product ordered in case You change your mind about the purchase. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 15 January 1992 n. 50 and Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, the consumer has the right to terminate the sales contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty. This right must be exercised within 14 days from receipt of goods received on the decision by mail at info@ricambigrossclima.com.

Subsequently, and in any case within 14 days of receipt of goods, the intention to withdraw from the purchase must be formally confirmed by registered letter with return receipt addressed to: Grossclima Via Macchiavelli 27, 09047 Selargius (Cagliari)

The declaration of withdrawal shall identify:

    - An indication of the articles in respect of which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal;
    - The order number with your purchase confirmation;
    - Identification data (name, surname / company name, address, phone, e-mail);
    - The bank details (bank, agency number, owner of the account, the c / c number, CIN code, ABI and CAB) for the return of the purchase;

The goods must be returned at your expense at Grossclima Via Machiavelli 27, 09047 Selargius (Cagliari) within 15 working days of receiving it in perfect conditions. Within 30 working days from receipt of the goods we shall be credited the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the bill. In this amount will not be including shipping. This is in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22.05.1999.
